Working with heavy equipment can be physically demanding. You may be required to lift, push, pull, and handle heavy loads. Some tasks may be repetitious and require you to stand or sit for extended periods. Preventing work-related musculoskeletal problems rests on an ergonomically sound work environment, good work practices, and employee awareness. This course will introduce common risk factors and methods to prevent musculoskeletal injury.
