When creating an employee, the system displays an error when you provide a password that contains "< >".

Trainees accessing On Demand via a URL that is saved in the browser history, which can be done either by using the URL from the browser history or allowing the browser to auto-complete the URL with the one saved in the history, can incorrectly access training that has been started by another trainee.

Recommendation: Do not use URLs that are saved in the browser history to access the application.

Workaround options:

  • Use single sign-on links if your system is configured for single sign-on.
  • Log into the application and start training assignments from the home page.

The system denies access to users logging into the application using Internet Explorer 10, as it is incorrectly identified as Netscape. The Username and Password fields on the Login screen are disabled, and users are unable to log into the system.

Workaround options:

  • Use Firefox.
  • Change Internet Explorer's browser mode. Contact your IT administrator before changing the browser mode.

    To change Internet Explorer's browser mode:

    1. On the login screen, press F12.
    2. In the top toolbar, click Browser Mode: IE10.
    3. Click Internet Explorer 8.
    4. Close the window.

    The error message no longer displays.

  • Install Windows 7.0 or prior and use IE9. Contact your IT administrator before using this method.

PS4 content does not launch on some machines using FireFox 4.

Training

Recommendation: Use a different browser to launch PS4 content.

When taking Test training, the OSHA Outreach the contact information for the OSHA Outreach Trainer does not completely display without scrolling in some browser configurations.

Training

When loading the Assignments and Messages grid on the Administrator's dashboard , the grid occasionally times out and does not display.

Assignments

A "?" displays after the message body in a New Message e-mail when using Firefox.
